Shaolin Self Defense Center provides an integrated course schedule of learning through exploration and self-reflection. Our classes combine hands-on experience with knowledge-based teaching.

BEGINNER CLASSES🥋

Our beginner classes are perfect for those just starting out in martial arts. We offer classes for all ages, from Pee-Wee to Adult, so no matter your experience level, you can join us and learn the basics of Karate. Our classes are split up based on age to ensure that each participant receives the best instruction possible.

INTERMEDIATE CLASSES

Intermediate Karate classes are designed for students who have a basic understanding of the art and are looking to take their practice to the next level. This class will focus on building on the fundamentals and expanding one's knowledge of the art. Individuals will be taught more challenging techniques and pushed to develop their skills in order to reach the next level of expertise.

ADVANCED CLASSES 🥋

Our advanced classes offer a focused and intensive training program to help our students reach the next level. The classes are designed to challenge and improve upon their current skillset, while providing the necessary guidance to help them progress and reach their full potential. Our instructors will be on hand to offer support and guidance to ensure each student has the best chance of success.

ADULT KICKBOXING 👊💥🥊

This class is for People who are looking to get in shape, and or shed a few pounds while learning how to kick butt! Skills learned will include basic and advanced kickboxing techniques, striking, conditioning drills, defense, and sparring. (Sparring is always optional)
